Kareena to do item number in Madhur Bhandarkar`s `Heroine`.

Actress Kareena Kapoor, who has lately been doing many item numbers in Bollywood, is gearing up for her next item song in Madhur Bhandarkar`s `Heroine`.

"We have a new item song called `Halkat Jawani` which is a wonderful song that will be picturised on Kareena Kapoor. I am sure the audiences will love this song. This film `Heroine` will be a different sort of film for Kareena Kapoor," Bhandarkar told.

Directed by Bhandarkar, the film has Kareena and Arjun Rampal in the lead.

The director says 40 percent of the shooting has been done.

"Forty percent of the film has been finished. From (April) 10th, we will again have a nonstop shooting and by September the film will be released," he said.

Bhandarkar also sought to deny speculation that the film is based on Manisha Koirala`s life.

"This film is not based on Manisha Koirala. It is absolutely wrong. Lot of things had been written about the film before. I have created a character called Mahi Arora who is today`s girl. The film is all about how she witnesses the ups and downs in her life," he said.

Madhuri Dixit demands 5 crore for a film

Madhuri Dixit was one of the leading Bollywood actresses of her time. She delivered lots of hits in her days but after marriage, she headed to the US and concentrated on her family life. Now that she is back to India, Madhuri Dixit again back to acting. Many filmmakers comes to her door but hearing her astounding demand, they backed off. Madhuri Dixit demands Rs 5 crore for a film.

"She has been the most successful actress of her generation and clearly she brings in a brand value no one else does. So clearly that will reflect on the kind of money she charges. Ever since she has moved back to India, she has been approached by a lot of people to star in their films, but she is taking it easy.", says a source.

Madhuri quoting Rs 1 and 3 crore for endorsement deals and charges Rs 4 and 5 crore for her films. Adds the source, "This is the kind of money leading ladies like Kareena, Katrina and even Vidya are charging. So Madhuri clearly wants to let people know that she is no less than any of them and signing her on will be expensive." Says a leading producer on the condition of anonymity, "For Madhuri, even if the budget for my film hits the roof, it's a chance I would take. But yes, you need to be practical too."

Madhuri’s last offering ‘Aaja Nachle’ badly doomed at the box-office. It is heard that Madhuri has been approached by Vidhal Bharadwaj for ‘Ishqiya’ sequel, titled ‘Dekh Ishqiya’. Madhuri quotes money equal to Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor, Vidya Balan and Priyanka Chopra.

Review: Agent Vinod - Is style without substance

The duo who share a symbiotic relationship when it comes to name, fame and reckoning in the industry is back. While Sriram Raghavan helped Saif Ali Khan develop a sauve macho character in ‘Ek Hasina Thi’, the actor relied on Sri’s potential to bring out the best in him.

After 8 years Saif and Raghavan joined hands to bring forth, perhaps India’s answer to Hollywood slick sly thrillers – ‘Agent Vinod’.

The plot seems interesting with Agent Vinod (Saif Ali Khan), an Indian intelligence RAW agent discovering the shocking plan of a terrorist group to kill millions with a nuclear suitcase bomb. Drawing a connection between a series of events that happen across the world, AV sets out on a mission traversing some 9 to 10 exotic countries of the world.

In the midst of his mission, Agent Vinod happens to meet undercover Pakistani ISI Agent Ruby (Kareena Kapoor), who pretends to be a doctor. Agent Vinod and Ruby have a common goal, but whether they will be able to crack the mystery and come to the rescue of people forms the rest of the story.

‘Agent Vinod’ sets out to revolutionise filmmaking in India. Sriram Raghavan’s ode to the spy genre, his continued love affair with ‘70’s Hindi cinema- ‘Agent Vinod’ is a genuine attempt at entertaining in a sensible manner. But it somehow falls short of being declared as a brilliant piece of work.

The first 30 minutes of the film are intriguing and simultaneously puzzling. It is bifurcated into sub-plots which make it somewhat confusing.

Kareena’s character seems to have been inserted in the drama only to ensure that the there is the stereotypical romance in the narrative.

Saif Ali Khan described ‘Agent Vinod’ as Bond-meets-Bourne-meets-TinTin, but the makers seems to have neglected the finer nuances and perhaps that is the reason why the film fails to impress.

Dialogues are witty and breathe life into the film. The editing is slick and perfect to make the film seem crisp.

‘Agent Vinod’ banned in Pakistan

The year 2012 has become a nightmare of sorts for Saif Ali Khan, who is all set to release his ambitious flick ‘Agent Vinod’.

Bad-luck is following him like plague and there seems to be no escaping. First it was the midnight brawl with South African NRI businessman Iqbal Sharma that cast negative light on Saif, followed by the showing of black flags in Bhopal in protest against the appointment of a Saudi National by the actor as the caretaker of the property of the Nawab of Bhopal.

And now, the latest has it that ‘Agent Vinod’ might not be screened in Pakistan. According to a leading daily, a post by a multiplex chain in Karachi has stated that the Pakistani censor board has banned the film.

Buzz has it that the film has some references about the neighbouring country. It also shows Saif traveling across the border to solve a case, hence the ban.

Actor Saif Ali Khan: `Agent Vinod` is indigenous, contemporary

Actor Saif Ali Khan says the character of spy essayed by him in yet-to-be-released `Agent Vinod` reflects contemporary India unlike the James Bond movies where the protagonist was essentially the representative of "capitalist society".

Though `Agent Vinod` has all the essential ingredients--cars, guns and of course women, with lot of action--of a typical Bond movie, Saif says the spy is entrenched in Indian society.

Saif, who is also producer of the spy thriller, says if `Agent Vinod` could garner even a fraction of popularity of any Bond movie, he would be more than happy.

"...If then it is a big thing for us. James Bond is very iconic in this field. James Bond is a British hero against Russia...If we understand the significance of Bond thing then it is very political thing, Western society is capitalist where drinking and smoking is not bad thing...He is hero," Saif told reporters here.

Drawing a line between typical Bond series and the spy thriller, the 41-year-old actor says the protagonist is contemporary and does not carry the baggage of past.

"India it seems is no more influenced by Russia. Agent Vinod is not philosophical in the same place. India has also changed and I feel this is the right time to send the agent to London and can be proud of him, he does not look like a 70s hero," he said.

`Agent Vinod`, written and directed by Sriram Raghavan, features Saif along with Kareena Kapoor in lead roles and is releasing on March 23.

"I play the role of Indian RAW Agent. The film opens in the eastern Europe. Agent Vinod`s partner in the film has joined hands with LeT or Russian mafia and he passes them all information but he is caught and killed, but he leaves a clue behind before he dies," the actor said.

However, like a typical Bond movie, the mission for the desi spy seems to prevent nuclear war from happening.

"Agent Vinod is on a mission. Then a rollercoaster ride begins where he goes to Moscow and then to Pakistan to India to London to Capetown. And he saves nuclear war that was to happen in Delhi," he said.

Kareena Kapoor seem to be missing in promos of 'Agent Vinod’

Even though promos of her new film are doing the rounds of almost all channels, Kareena Kapoor seem to be missing from action. While beau and producer of ‘Agent Vinod’, Saif Ali Khan is being seen at various events promoting the film, Kareena is no where part of the promotional activities. What more! The actress’s friends are also not in touch with her for the past three weeks.

So where is Bebo? Apparently, the actress is super busy on sets of Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’. So much so, that she has even postponed meetings and scripting sessions for a later time just to concentrate on the ‘Heroine’. The actress also keeps her phone switched off all throughout the shoot.

Now, Bebo is known for being addicted to her BB. She is often seen texting in between shots so this latest move came as a shock to all. Speaking to DNA, a source said, “ It’s impossible to see Bebo without her phone. In fact, even during the breaks in between shoots, it’s a given that she would be on her phone. She is addicted to BBMing and stays in constant touch with her friends. So it was shocking to know that she was not accessible on her cell either these past few days.”

Kareena’s involvement in the project has got her a new nickname from her friends-Aamir as they feel she is slowly becoming like Aamir Khan who completely shuts himself to the world while shooting for a film. “Not that she was any less professional before, but we think it’s the first time that she’s got so involved in a film that she’s called off all her meetings and has not even been able to catch up with her friends,” added the source.

The actress is shooting for some intense emotional scenes and doesn’t want to be distracted.

“She even instructed her staff to not schedule any meetings in the time being. In fact, even the promotion rounds for ‘Agent Vinod’ that releases next week will only start from saturday, though she did attend a conclave held in the Capital on Friday,” adds the insider.

At the conclave when Bebo was asked about her marriage plans she said, “I will get married hopefully by the end of this year... because I am busy doing `Heroine` and I have to finish the film first. We are not yet going to announce the date. We are in no such rush but it will happen this year.”

Says Madhur Bhandarkar, "Working with Kareena is like a dream come true. She was always my first choice.''

Standing tall amidst an industry ruled by the leading men, Kareena Kapoor who was recently immortalized in wax at the prestigious Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, is the first actress to join the much coveted 100 crore club. Having starred in 4 films that have grossed over 100 crore at the domestic box office in less than 2 years, a feat no other Bollywood star has achieved so far, Kareena Kapoor has established herself a force to reckon with.

The actress in a near 2 year period has delivered four of the top ten grossing films of all time- 3 IDIOTS which earned Rs 170 crore locally, GOLMAAL 3 mopping up Rs 108 crore, followed by the 141 crore grossing BODYGUARD, and the VFX magnum opus RA.ONE. The actress then went on to put up a note worthy performance in EK MAIN AUR EKK TU.

Says acclaimed critic, "Kareena is the only actress to enjoy the privilege of being in the 100 crore club. She has the looks and talent and the box office is also backing her. She is going to break her own record with her films to come."

Apart from achieving historic box office success and being the only actress to have worked with all of the industry's top notch actors, Kareena Kapoor is also the leading actress in the brand space as per official TAM reports, with the highest number of brands in her kitty in comparison to her contemporaries.

Kareena may replace Malaika as the new Munni in Dabangg 2

If the buzz is to be believed, Kareena Kapoor will be doing an item number in Dabangg 2.

The sequel of Dabangg is getting bigger by the day. If the buzz is to be believed, Kareena Kapoor will be replacing Malaika Arora Khan from the original for an item number in Dabangg 2.

Apparently the makers want to have another item number in the sequel and having Kareena Kapoor would only make it bigger. Malaika Arora Khan, in most probability, would be restricted to only being the producer. When the Dabangg sequel was newly announced, post the success of the original, there were multiple speculations including one that said Amrita Arora would join Malaika Arora for the item song in sequel. Together the sisters would dance with Salman Khan. However the only thing that would be common to the sequel's item number seems to be Salman Khan.

Industry insiders insist that the Salman Khan - Kareena Kapoor pairing in Bodyguard was much-liked and so the actress was the right choice. Also Kareena Kapoor hasn't done an item song since Don. So there would be fresh appeal to the item number. Either of the composers from the original, Lalit Pandit or Sajid-Wajid would be composing the song.

Dabangg 2 is expected to go on floors in early March.

Saif Ali Khan clears his stand

Saif Ali Khan, who is in the midst of a controversy after a scuffle with an NRI businessman, says he could have used `Gandhigiri` to sort out the matter peacefully, provided the situation allowed him to do so.

"I think I could have reacted to the incident using `Gandhigiri`. But that time the situation was worse. I am not saying that I am totally innocent but I was not guilty alone," Saif told reporters here late Wednesday night.

The 41-year-old was arrested Wednesday evening with two others -- Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi for assaulting Iqbal Sharma, an Indian-origin businessman from South Africa, early Wednesday at the Taj Mahal Hotel.

The trio was released on bail after being interrogated.

Saif, however, rues that media is being partial in reporting about the incident.

"Media is being partial reporting about the incident. I was hit first. They misbehaved with us and even used abusive language. I have also lodged a complaint and the matter is in court so I request media not to give any biased report until court`s decision comes," he added.

Sharma claimed that Saif called him an "idiot" for complaining about the actor`s loud conduct at a restaurant in the Taj Mahal Hotel.

He said he and his family had requested the restaurant manager to ask Saif and his friends, which included Kareena, Amrita Arora and Malaika Arora Khan, to keep their voices down.

Sharma said he and his family then decided to move to another part of the restaurant downstairs.

"As we were going down the stairs, Saif was coming up, probably from the toilet. As he passed me, he called me an idiot and asked `Do you know who I am?`"

Sharma said the actor first pushed him and then assaulted his father-in-law who fell on the stairs and bruised his jaw.

But Saif and his friends have a different story to tell.

According to sources, Amrita`s businessman husband Shakeel is said to have hit Sharma`s father-in-law in the scuffle, which began as Sharma`s group passed comments about the ladies.

Karan Johar offering Kareena film to direct

After winning rave reviews for her performance in ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’, Kareena Kapoor might just be making her foray into direction. Rumour has it that producer Karan Johar will be offering Bebo a film to direct under the Dharma Productions banner.

Apparently, Bebo helped beau Saif Ali Khan on the sets of ‘Agent Vinod’. So much so, that she started taking keen interest in the process of filmmaking on the sets of KJO’s EMAET.

Speaking to a daily, a source said, "Kareena and Karan are like soul siblings. She discusses a lot of ideas with him. And she also got to be a part of the behind-the-scenes team in EMAET. It was during the shooting that Karan realised how great an aptitude Bebo has for cinema. In fact, she gave very crucial tips for revising and improving the script too.”

In fact, Kareena’s valuable suggestions were all incorporated in the film.

"Karan has asked her to get on board as a formal assistant and then eventually direct a film," added the source.

An impressed director of EMAET, Shakun Batra said, "There were at least five scenes where Kareena felt her character Riana was similar to Geet in ‘Jab We Met’.

She marked those in the script and suggested how we could change them. Throughout the film`s making, Kareena was full of sensible, intelligent suggestions."

Well, her grandfather Raj Kapoor and father Randhir Kapoor have both been good directors and if Kareena does take up direction in the near future, we will know it is her genes talking!

Kareena: Aamir Khan is the maestro of film industry

Kareena Kapoor, who has earlier worked with Aamir Khan and will now be seen with his nephew Imran Khan in ‘Ek Main Aur Ek Tu’, feels Aamir is the maestro of the film industry.

"Aamir`s body of work is unbelievable. He is the maestro of the industry and Imran is just starting out. Working with Imran is a lot of fun. I think he is a marvellous actor and I hope we get to work together in the future too," the 31-year-old actress said.

Kareena, who is ready with her next two films ‘Ek Main Aur EK Tu’ and ‘Agent Vinod’ is, however, missing from the promotions of the latter movie.

She said her priority was ‘Ek Main Aur Ek Tu’ at the moment.

"Right now `Ek Main Aur Ek Tu` is in the priority. `Agent Vinod` is like an action thriller and you know... let Saif do the talking and I think he has been out for the media for a while. You enjoy him for a while and may be I will step in before the film releases," she said.

Filmmaker Rakeysh Mehra: Award shows are no more than TV shows these days

After a long year of gruelling shoots, endless days and sleepless nights, the moment of glory is here.

Shining trophies in gold and silver, and of course, the beautiful black lady, go up on mantles. Fashion labels get flaunted on the red carpets and winning speeches, choked with emotions, move audiences. Winners take their bows, and those who almost made it, get back in the race for a new run. Saif Kareena to get engaged on 10 February

Even though Kareena Kapoor has denied her impending marriage to Saif Ali Khan, rumours are abuzz that the couple will be getting engaged on 10 February.

While earlier sources close to the couple had said that they would be getting married right after the release of their film ‘Agent Vinod’ in March, seems like the hot jodi wants to speed up its wedding and hence getting engaged on the Valentine month.
A source said, “Both Saif and Bebo have been going steady for several years and are now ready to take that relationship to another level with a wedding. And the first step towards the grand wedding may take off with an engagement on 10th February. They have deliberately avoided having their engagement on Valentine’s Day, instead they have planned the event around the day. Though Saif is extremely busy with post production work of ‘Agent Vinod’ and Kareena travelling for the film promotion of ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’, they are quite excited about the engagement.”

That also probably explains why Kareena recently bought a royal necklace worth Rs 40 lakhs. Friends of the couple say that the venue of the engagement hasn’t been finalized yet but it would either take place in Mumbai or in Saif’s Delhi residence. “Wherever it happens, the engagement is going to be a big event. Both their family members are gearing up for a big celebration and are busy with the preparations around the ring ceremony. Bebo is currently in London along with Karisma, but has ensured that all her close friends be there for the special day in her life. She may wear an ethnic outfit designed by (fashion designer) Vikram Phadnis,” added the source.

With Riteish-Genelia all set to tie the knot on Friday and Saifeena getting engaged the next week, it looks like Bollywood is all set for the wedding season.

Filmfare Awards: Rocking evening, great moments

In an evening of glitz and good cheer, the 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011 were presented at the newly set up Reliance MediaWorks Studio in the sylvan environs of Film City. The nominations encompassed several films that had attempted to tread a fairly unbeaten path-Rockstar, The Dirty Picture, No One Killed Jessica, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Delhi Belly. As it turned out, Zindagi... cleared the course by winning seven trophies, followed by Rockstar with five and Delhi Belly with four. The Dirty Picture picked up three.

Ranbir Kapoor's and Vidya Balan's bold attempt to break the mould they had been cast in all along and essay roles that had darker shades-he a troubled rock star and she an unapologetic sex bomb-paid off in the form of the Best Actor and Best Actress award for Rockstar and The Dirty Picture. Ranbir's turn got him a rare double whammy with the Critics' Award for Best Actor as well. Expectedly, Rockstar swept up three music awards too-Best Lyrics, Best Singer (Male) and Best Composer for A R Rahman.

The evening began with a musical tribute to Dev Anand, with Javed Ali of Coke Studio doing a version of Dil ka bhanwar, Aise na mujhe tum dekho and Khoya khoya chand. A ponytailed Shaan, accompanied by Leslie Lewis in a ponytail, stepped up with an ode to Shammi Kapoor with Baar baar dekho, Dil deke dekho and Badan pe sitare.

This year, the hosts were a mixed doubles pair of sorts. There was Shah Rukh minus his regular partner Saif, and Ranbir sans co-anchor Imran. Still, each new permutation and combination worked just as brightly. SRK and Ranbir dropped from an aerial harness and collided mid-air as sparks flew literally. SRK ribbed Ranbir, accusing him of overacting and saying that sons of great actors seldom matched up. Ably supported by Karan Johar , Ali Zafar and former Miss India Ankita Shorey, the duo made the audience crack up with their antics.

As always, the event drew an A-list of performers whose flamboyant acts lent glamour to the soiree. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, there was Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, who each enacted a medley of their hit numbers. Having brought their long relationship out of wraps recently, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia, who are to get married on February 3, shortly also put up a spirited pre-nuptial tango that included a song from their forthcoming film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya.

The hall resounded with applause when the Lifetime Achievement award was given to veteran actress Aruna Irani. Back in 1961, few would have thought that the toothy child star of Ganga Jumna, who so enthusiastically sang Insaaf ki dagar pe, would acquire pride of place in Hindi cinema as a talented actor and dancer. "I have spent 56 years in the industry and I am so happy to know that my work is respected and appreciated," she told TOI. "The charm of this award is very different from that which one gets for one role. It's rather like putting your marks in individual roles aside for the total marks of your career."

Circa 2011, a veritable annus horribilis as far as the arts and media world was concerned, saw the demise of an unusually high number of performers in the film world, from Dev Anand and Shammi Kapoor to Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, Jagjit Singh, Bhupen Hazarika and many others. They were remembered through an AV.

(The 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011 will be telecast at 8.00 pm on Sunday, February 19 on Sony Entertainment Television)

Saif: Kareena looks good only with me and there is no comparison!

Saif Ali Khan didn't mince words when asked which of Bollywood's many Khans does his girlfriend, actress Kareena Kapoor look best with.

Apart from Saif, Kareena has so far worked with Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and will soon be seen with young Imran Khan in "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu". After working with Saif in "Tashan" and "Kurbaan", she will be seen with him again in the upcoming " Agent Vinod", set for release March 23.

"Kareena looks good with me and there is no comparison! Apart from me, I don't see anybody (with whom she looks good)," Saif told reporters here on the sidelines of the first poster launch of his production "Agent Vinod".

Kareena, the leading lady of the spy thriller, was missing from the event Wednesday.

Saif explained: "We had to divide to conquer... she will be seen in future promotional activities for the film."

The first poster of the movie features only Saif in it. However, he promises that unlike other action films, the actress has a justified role in his film too.

"Kareena has a very strong role in the film. She has done justice to the role and the role has also done justice to her," Saif said.

The shooting of "Agent Vinod", directed by Sriram Raghavan, took a while. And Saif denies rumours that the delay ensued due to budget hassles.

"The film taking time to complete are the reports given by media. There were lots of rumours that the film is getting delayed, it's getting over the budget... everything was just a rumour. Films take time," he said.

He guarantees that the wait will be worth it, as he said: "The kind of action and locations that we have chosen, I have not seen in much movies. The film must have taken a longer time, but it does not matter as long as the product is interesting."

The film is said to have dollops of action, but Kareena wasn't too comfortable with it.

"She doesn't like doing action, but she is very good at it. She gives pretty intense expressions. As far as I am concerned, I thought it (action) would be fun, but it was very frightening. It's not easy," said Saif.

Besides the unique action sequences, "Agent Vinod" will also have a "different" item song, a 'mujra' picturised on Kareena.

"We thought let's go a different way and try something different in terms of expression. I believe even Dinesh Vijan was pushing for a mujra... we needed to make our item a little bit different," said Saif.

Priyanka imitates Vidya Balan

Priyanka Chopra known for her funny imitation of actors didn't spare Vidya Balan this time around.

Priyanka Chopra is one funny mimic. We liked the way PC imitated Kareena Kapoor's act from Golmaal, Shah Rukh Khan's from My Name is Khan and Salman's from Dabangg in an award show last year.

Priyanka ensured she was as entertaining a presenter for the 'Best Film' category as the famous spoof players Riteish Deshmukh and Boman Irani.

This year for the same award function, Priyanka has apparently aped none other than Vidya Balan!

Onlookers informed, "Priyanka and Shah Rukh posed as Vidya and Naseeruddin Shah from Dirty Picture. Vidya wore the same pink outfit of Vidya's from oo la la and danced just like her. What made everyone laugh was Priyanka's overnight weight gain! She stuffed herself to look fat on stage, like Silk Smitha!"

Spoofing nominees is not a new trend. Saif and Shah Rukh started it. Ranbir and Imran have done the same for Filmfare.

Wonder how will Vidya's fans react to this act of Priyanka's though!

D-Day set for Saif Keena wedding!

The most talked-about couple in B-town has finally decided upon a wedding date. Kareena Kapoor, 31, and Saif Ali Khan, 41, will enter matrimony a week after the release of ‘Agent Vinod,’ a spy thriller both actors have been waiting for with bated breath.

Saif’s sister, Soha Ali Khan has revealed to a TV channel recently that her brother is to tie the knot with Kareena a week after the release of ‘Agent Vinod’.

Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Agent Vinod’, which has the star couple as its lead, will hit the theatres on March 23rd. A week after that would ideally mean March 30th. So if our calculations and their decisions are correct, then we can expect to see Saifeena happily wedded by the 1st of April. And let’s just hope this is not a prank!

Earlier, Kareena had said, “Both Saif and I are waiting for ‘Agent Vinod’ to release. Once it opens, we will announce the date of our marriage.”

Both KJo and Ekta want a top actress for next film

It was earlier reported that Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor were coming together to make a love story with a twist and would cast the lead pair soon.

The film's leading lady is supposed to be a strong and sexy character, and both KJo and Ekta want a top actress. But there's a hitch. While Ekta is convinced that Katrina Kaif is best suited for the role, Karan feels the role needs a performer and wants to cast Kareena Kapoor for the same. Kareena has worked in many films under Karan's banner. He makes no bones about his fondness for her. At a recent event he said, "Kareena is the in-house heroine for us. Period! Everyone at Dharma is pretty much in sync with that, and that was the case with "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu" as well. When it comes to her, the role has to be really interesting, meaty and challenging."

While Ekta respects Karan's judgement and his friendship with Bebo, she is not sentimental enough to ignore the box office. She feels Katrina works a certain magic with her luck factor, and for Ekta, that is important. Besides, she has already signed Kareena for the sequel of "Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai" with Akshay Kumar, so naturally she wants to cast Kat for this one. The decision will be taken soon. Both the producers will sit together and figure out which actress works best, and who has the dates to give them for their joint production.
