In the list of highest paid actresses in tinsel town, this lady wears the crown! If reports are anything to go by, the actress was paid close to Rs. 8 crore for Madhur Bhandarkar's - HEROINE, the highest that has ever been paid to any leading lady in the history of Bollywood.

Says an agency insider, "Today, actors earn more than 50% of their annual income from brand endorsements, shows and star appearances. Kareena comes right after the Khans in the list of endorsements, and if you count cricketers, only after Sachin and Dhoni."
On a high note says a trade analyst, "There is no competition with Kareena Kapoor. Talking about numbers and standings in the industry, she is the entire 1-10 margin. She is the Amitabh Bachchan of her time, there were constant comparisons with her contemporaries but with her recent films she is here to prove she is her only competition."
